What We Do

GDIZ has launched several initiatives and projects to life. This includes German-Indian economic round tables, film screenings and cultural events. The organization arranges internships to German and Indian students who are interested in knowing each others country and helps them through language tandems and cultural seminars getting acquainted with the new culture.

How Does GDIZ Work

Volunteer members who participate in grassroot democracy of the association shall bear the work of further development of the association. The GDIZ relies on transparency and initiative of the members. The GDIZ is open for any cooperation with other associations with similar objectives.

Where Does GDIZ Work

At the Department of Indology and Tibetan Studies of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University the association holds meeting in the Seminar room after the course hours. Major meetings and the General Assembly will be held in the premises of the Consulate General of India.
